Rich Freddo, owner of CertaPro Painters of Flower Mound, graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 1990. Before purchasing his CertaPro Painters franchise, he spent several years as an Air Force officer followed by a career as a corporate attorney, earning a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Science along the way. As a busy father and professional, Rich relied on many contractors throughout the years, and with each experience he grew more and more dissatisfied with the level of customer service typical in the industry.
When he discovered CertaPro Painters and learned of CertaPro’s values, a light came on and he knew that he had to be a part of the CertaPro Painters team. Since purchasing his CertaPro Painters franchise in 2012, he has helped hundreds of families to realize their vision for their homes and places of business. He considers himself an advisor first, and a contractor second. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure his customers’ satisfaction, he truly believes that Painting is Personal, and that belief is evident in every aspect of the business.
